PRODUCTS

The SKY machine is a right mix of performance, durability and costs.

Bridge type measuring machine with the granite surface plate with Extra degree accuracy provided with threaded holes for clamping. 
"X", "Y" and "Z" axes in granite, all of them are sliding on air bearings, Z axis has adjustable pneumatic balancing counterweight. As reading system SKY uses optical scales and sliders with 1, 0.5 or 0.1 micron resolution. The SKY can be manual, motorized or CNC, if manual the machine is driven by hand with fine adjustment and axis lock by lever, if motorized or CNC the machine is moved by a joystick acting on 3 DCC motors. Our POLI CNC System is a full automatic system moved by the most up to date Personal Computer. The speeds, selectable, are from 2micron/second up to 24 meters/minute vectorial. The SKY machine, thanks to its performance can easily used as a bench device and can be even equipped with microscope, small projectors or tele-camera.

GALAXY: The Precision

Is the POLI's best accurate machine. This machine is built with the same concept of the Galaxy model, but the best accuracy is given by the movable plane instead of movable bridge. The movable granite plane has the traction in the center so it avoids any problem in the motion and in the accuracy.

Galaxy Diamond: The Precision

Is the POLI's best accurate machine. This machine is built with the same concept of the Galaxy model, but the best accuracy is given by the movable plane instead of movable bridge. Galaxy Maxi: Stabile and Rigid

This machine has the stability of the granite and the rigidity of movement good for heavy, but accurate works. 
The main bridge slides on a fixed high traverse that avoids the errors caused by the high bridge; on the other side the bridge uses a column (in granite) that supports the right side of the machine. This machine can be manual, motorized or CNC. Galaxy Maxy has born to fit all the needing of big sizes with the good accuracy and stability of the granite itself.

LYNX 2000: Fast and accurate

The LYNX model is based on the "Light and fast" concept, is a bridge system machine, but the main difference from the other POLI machines is that only the sliding plane is a very accurate granite base provided with threaded holes for clamping, all the rest of the machine is made in a special Alluminium alloy. The column is sliding in the middle of the Y axis traverse, so the gravity center is always in the best position. All the axes are sliding on air bearings, Z axis has adjustable pneumatic balancing counterweight. As reading system LYNX 2000 uses optical scales and sliders with 1, 0.5 or 0.1 micron resolution. The LYNX 0 is only manual and the LYNX 2000 can be only CNC, the machine is moved by a joystick acting on 3 DCC motors, Our POLI CNC System is a full automatic system controlled by the most popular Personal Computer. The speed of this machine is the highest of POLI's machines, it can reach 52 m/1' as vectorial speed.

Omega : The freedom of the 6 axes

Omega 6 is a 6 axes mobile polar measuring machine properly studied and manufactured to measure complex medium accuracy components. Volumetric errors totally compensated by software, arms made of carbon fiber. 
Available in different versions up to fit any customer requirements, working range starting from diameter 1000 mm up to 6500 mm. Ideal machine for modelers, car body measuring or structures with considerable dimensions.

Antares: The freedom of workpiece handling

Antares model is a cantilever machine with an high access to the measuring area. The possibility to load and unload the workpiece from the side gives full freedom to the operators. 
Antares model is a measuring and layout machine made in steel or, in some special case where the accuracy is very important, some of its parts can be made in granite. This machine, as most of the Poli’s machines, can be manual, motorized or CNC. The shown sizes are our standard, but any size can be made, accordingly with the physical limits.

Globo: The horizontal granite power

The range of the GLOBO Tridimensional Measuring and Inspections Centres have been designed to meet the marking-out and measuring requirements of components with large overall dimensions.
The design of this horizontal arm machine allows easy access for loading and positioning of large components.
The Y axis horizontal arm is manufactured from an anodised light weight alloy and ribbed for stiffness. An internal mechanical mechanism compensates for the deflection of the arm due to its own mass.
The arm head is equipped to accept all types of measuring and marking-out accessories.
The design of the travelling column horizontal arm makes for light friction free movement.
GLOBO DIAMOND is available in two versions, GLOBO DIAMOND-V, high speed machine with the same accuracies of standard GLOBO and GLOBO DIAMOND-P, machine with higher accuracies.
The X and Z axes manufactured from lapped granite.
Each axis is constrained and guided by high precision, friction free, self cleaning - high stiffness - low consumption air bearings.
The X axis granite beam is located on the foundation through a fabricated steel frame which provides maximum support.
