SAMCEF Design is an up-to-date software for analysis applying the final elements User Interface: The User Interface is intuitive, object-oriented with a dynamic selector of the objects. It possesses HTML documentation linked to a HELP menu. Reporters Navigator : an instrument for internal and external communication. The information is piled for each step of the analytical process – from the object, networking, loading, analysis and data visualization. It is a reliable assistant for storing and saving the company know-how and methodology. Data Preparation: The data preparation is performed by a geometrical model or directly on a networked object. The data are sorted in groups by categories (material, constraints, loading, … ) the contents of which is enlarged depending on the type of the analysis performed. Data Viewer allows an immediate review and correction of the data. Meshers : They grant the user with a choice between automated networking and large scale networking management. The libraries contain volume, surface and linear networking. The automated networking comprises of choosing the network density with the help of a control slide. CAD Model Preparation: The CAD model is introduced through the IGES, STEP, DXF, STL interfaces. Solvers: SAMCEF Design offers linear, static, terminal and dynamic analysis as well as an analysis of the distortion problems. The control on the calculus does not require knowledge of the operation system procedures. The parameters and options of the calculus are managed simply.
Post-Processing: The software provides direct access to the results from the calculus: directly on the geometry of the element and the color diagram's. The graphic tools (dynamic cross-sections, iso-surfaces and etc.) ensure the in-sight into the element. The results can be recorded in the EXCEL format .

SAMTECH to develop a principally new SAMCEF Design product in cooperation with the
EADS MATRA DATAVISION. This software for analyses has been entirely set up on the CASCADE environment of the
EADS MATRA DATAVISION.
